Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Fresno seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Senior Companion Program. You will manage data entry, train volunteers, and oversee daily operations to ensure program success.

The role requires coordinating with the Project Director, maintaining records in Apricot, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and AmeriCorps SCP guidelines. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in nonprofit, social services, or elderly-focused environment.
• Experience in general office management, budgeting and supervision.
• Undergraduate degree or AA from an accredited college.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter client data into Apricot Software.
• Recruit, screen, and train new volunteers.
• Schedule interviews and manage volunteer placements.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with program policies and federal guidelines.
