Unite Us is seeking a Senior Community Strategy Manager to scale engagement strategies, enablement, and analytics across Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation. You will design scalable playbooks, coach teams, and ensure data-driven decisions across multiple customers and geographies.

The role emphasizes escalation management, SOP development, and measuring network health, with a remote-first setup and up to 50% travel, aligned to our mission to connect communities to care.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in customer success, community engagement, implementation, or related roles.
• Experience with government agencies, CBOs, nonprofits, or health orgs serving vulnerable populations.
• Proven ability to design scalable engagement strategies and partner relationships.
• Experience coaching/mentoring other CSMs on community strategy and escalation management.
• Experience managing complex multi-customer or multi-market projects.

Aufgaben

• Serve as consultative partner to Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams, improving execution and outcomes.
• Execute community engagement and network strategies across customers and geographies.
• Design escalation campaigns and playbooks; use data to prioritize interventions.
• Maintain SOPs and scalable workflows across campaigns and geographies.
• Track escalation metrics in Salesforce and synthesize data for exec-ready narratives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
