Ruggable, a Los Angeles-based DTC brand, is seeking a Senior Community Strategist to lead day-to-day community management and strategy across channels, including Reddit and Pinterest. You will shape voice of customer insights to inform product and CX decisions.

You will own editorial direction for Reddit, build relationships with community members, and drive engagement with creators while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in community management or social engagement for consumer brands.
• Proven ability to lead multi-channel community strategy across platforms.
• Strong writing skills with adaptable tone for Reddit, Pinterest, etc.
• Experience with customer experience (CX) collaboration and voice of customer.
• Familiarity with Sprout, Sprinklr, Brandwatch or similar tools.

• Serve as daily responder across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads and Reddit in Ruggable's voice.
• Own day-to-day community management strategy and maintain brand voice across platforms.
• Monitor sentiment, flag issues, and escalate when needed.
