Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth initiatives to strengthen Reddit's user and community ecosystems.
• Design and run growth experiments to address content supply, engagement, and retention.
• Translate successful experiments into repeatable playbooks across markets.
• Monitor DAU, contribution, content supply, and community health with clear metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Community teams.
