Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to strengthen Reddit’s user and community ecosystems in the US and international markets. You will drive growth initiatives, run experiments, and translate findings into scalable models across markets.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurship, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Community teams while maintaining autonomy to scale successful programs globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in user growth, product operations, or market expansion.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution in ambiguous environments.
• Data-driven with proficiency in Excel modeling and SQL.
• Systems thinking to distinguish market-specific problems from scalable growth opportunities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user & community growth strategies to expand the user base and nurture communities.
• Design growth experiments to address content supply, community density, contribution, discovery, and engagement.
• Translate successful experiments into repeatable playbooks and scalable processes for multiple markets.
• Monitor DAU, contribution, content supply, community health, and retention; establish measurement frameworks for experiments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Community teams to scale growth initiatives.
