Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Community Resource Coordinator to support statewide outreach, peer mentoring, and well-being programs across the USSOCOM enterprise. The role emphasizes liaison work with multiple agencies, policy reviews, and program evaluation to improve service member quality of life.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, plus the ability to coordinate across military and civilian networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5+ years of experience or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in education, human or social services, or related field; or four years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Formulate and upkeep a statewide community outreach and engagement strategy
• Contribute to outreach and enrollment initiatives
• Manage training and growth of supervisory personnel
• Supervise Field Staff to ensure seamless operations
• Act as liaison between client, agencies, and organization
• Champion project objectives through public speaking and presentations
• Provide oversight to Community Relations Department in absence of Senior Manager
• Prepare formal reports and trainings for stakeholders
