Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and four years of work experience in community planning, environmental planning, architecture, engineering, socio-economic research, land development, or related planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, conduct surveys and studies for General Plan development and land use.
• Prepare maps, charts, layouts for parking, utilities, streets, and facilities.
• Evaluate zoning and development proposals; assist in preparing reports and cost estimates.
