Qualifications

• Advising and assisting agencies and administrators on planning concepts and methods; presenting plans and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and plans for Hawaii's orderly and coordinated development.
• Conduct fact-finding and analysis; review legislation and references for planning goals.
• Develop plans for public activities and facilities in assigned areas.
• Promote effective relationships with other agencies and groups.
