Job summary

Royal American Companies in Honeysuckle Place - Dothan, AL seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee a property, lead associates, and align with the corporate mission while delivering excellent resident service.

Under the supervision of Regional Manager, you will mentor staff, manage leasing, marketing campaigns, budgeting, and vendor coordination to maintain a welcoming community for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in One Site preferred.
• Experience in affordable housing, Tax Credit, HUD and/or Rural Development preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned property operations and staff.
• Supervise and train community associates.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for staff.
• Counsel underperforming employees and provide feedback.
• Develop and implement effective leasing marketing campaigns.
• Maintain rent collection procedures and deposits.
• Coordinate vendor management and ensure compliance.
