Sun Communities in Michigan seeks a Senior Community Manager to oversee operations, leasing, budgeting and resident relations at a full-service community. You will lead a team, coordinate marketing, and ensure compliance with housing laws.

The role includes on-site responsibilities, budget oversight, and 24/7 on-call duties with competitive pay and benefits. On-site housing is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• 4 years property management experience with 2 years supervisory.
• 6 months sales and leasing experience required.
• Knowledge of maintenance basics and strong leadership.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to work non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Markets homes for sale and coordinates listing documents.
• Resolves complaints and responds promptly to issues.
• Manages rent collection and delinquency processes.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local fair housing laws.
• Oversees budgeting and inspection of operating expenses.
