The Michaels Organization is seeking a Community Manager to oversee on-site property operations, leasing, and staff supervision for multifamily communities. The role includes budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring resident compliance and high-quality property conditions.

Responsibilities cover recruitment and training of staff, marketing campaigns for leasing, and coordination with vendors. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multi-family property management and strong accounting,

Formación

• Two or more years' experience in multi-family residential property management.
• Direct supervision of employees preferred.
• Accounting/financial and administrative background preferred.
• Tax Credit, Section 8 and/or Public housing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and direct staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee leasing, marketing campaigns, and unit touring to maintain occupancy.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and financial reporting for the property.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and agency requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise external contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
