Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for 2+ properties, guiding teams to meet budgetary and performance goals. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws while driving occupancy and revenue through effective leasing and operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of property management experience, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage relationships with suppliers.
• Control expenditures and oversee petty cash within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement and resident move-ins/outs per lease terms.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and supervise maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety and appearance.
• Hire, orient, and train property staff and evaluate their performance.
• Maintain owner relationships with updates and tours.
• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
