LSA Management seeks a Senior Community Manager to lead a multifamily affordable housing property, drive occupancy, ensure compliance, and champion resident satisfaction. This role requires LIHTC experience, strong leadership, and a track record of overseeing operations and budget performance.

You will mentor on-site teams, manage vendor relationships, coordinate audits, and partner with regional leadership to meet ambitious growth goals for the Southeast.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Community Manager in multifamily housing.
• Market rate experience required for the role.
• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• 1+ year of LIHTC / Affordable Housing / Tax Credit compliance experience.
• Proven track record in managing property operations, occupancy, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to ensure a safe, welcoming community.
• Drive occupancy goals through effective leasing and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Tax Credit, and Affordable Housing program requirements.
• Prepare for audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
• Manage property budgets and financial performance; monitor rent collections and expenses.
• Supervise and develop on-site teams; foster accountability and growth.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve operational goals; manage vendor relationships.
