Fairfield in California is seeking a Senior Community Manager to lead large-scale properties and ensure operational excellence. You will focus on team leadership, financial performance, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

You’ll recruit and coach a high-performing team, manage property budgets, optimize occupancy and rental rates, and implement marketing and retention programs to drive guest satisfaction and investor confidence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Industry certification preferred.
• 3+ years hands-on property management experience.
• Multifamily property experience required.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting.
• Experience with Yardi or other PM software.
• Flexibility to work weekends/evenings/holidays.
