Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Community Manager for a property with up to 299 units in Texas. You will lead a dynamic on-site team, oversee operations, and drive resident satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, occupancy and rental rates, coordinating move-ins, and executing marketing programs to build a strong online presence. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and multifamily experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgets and financial statements.
• Experience with Yardi or similar PM software.
