Job summary

LS Solutions seeks a floating property manager to oversee multifamily communities across multiple sites in the Phoenix area. You will address vacancies, lead leasing activities, and drive special projects while coordinating with on-site staff and contractors.

You will manage budgets, ensure compliance with affordable housing requirements, and foster strong resident relations as priorities shift across properties.

Role: Manage multifamily properties in a flexible (“floating”) capacity, supporting multiple sites by addressing vacancies and leading special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, including maintenance coordination and problem resolution.
• Lead leasing activities and manage vacancy readiness to support occupancy goals.
• Manage and support on-site staff and contractors as needed.
• Build and maintain positive resident relationships and handle resident concerns.
• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, expenses, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements and all applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and lead special projects as assigned.
