Broward County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a Community Library Manager, Senior for the Libraries Division. This role oversees a regional or flagship library, coordinating staff, programs, and partnerships to serve diverse communities in Broward County, Florida.

The position requires a Master’s in Library Science (ALA-accredited) and several years of leadership and supervisory library experience.

Formación

• Requires a Master’s degree in Library Science or equivalent.
• Four years professional library experience including two years managing a section/branch and two years supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise librarians and oversee regional library services and operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement programs and services to meet community needs.
• Develop partnerships and outreach to increase library usage and access to resources.
• Prepare and analyze reports and grants proposals to support library programs.
