Taekus seeks a Sr. Community Manager to build and lead a community of creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors around Taekus. This role focuses on people, recruiting voices, and cultivating relationships to turn audiences into an engaged community that participates and advocates.

You will grow the network, manage ambassadors, and create engaging programming both online and offline, while keeping the brand authentic and access-first.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years building and managing engaged online communities.
• A social and digital background with instinct for growth and activity in communities.
• Understanding of social affiliate and creator marketing: partnerships, tracking, and growth.
• Fluent in social and travel with deep understanding of points bookings.
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable building from the ground up.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and grow the community by bringing in creators, influencers, and ambassadors across travel, premium lifestyle, and rewards.
• Cultivate and manage relationships over time to keep members engaged, valued, and active.
• Build and run the ambassador and affiliate program with value for both creators and Taekus.
• Create programming and experiences from dinners and meetups to AMAs and branded events, online and offline.
• Stay close to the ecosystem by tracking trends and conversations and sharing insights with Marketing, Product, and Leadership.
• Help shape Taekus' voice in the community to stay authentic and access-first.
