Job summary

Westfield Insurance Foundation is seeking a Community Investment Senior Coordinator to support the administration of donations, the Volunteer Grant Program, and Team Volunteer events. The role operates with discretion and maintains high levels of confidentiality while coordinating schedules, budgets, and communications across the foundation and employee groups.

Under minimal supervision, you will help document decisions, track deadlines, and ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in administrative coordination, program coordination, community investment, employee engagement, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED or commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an administrative liaison between the Westfield Insurance Foundation and Community Investment programs.
• Manages donations and the Volunteer Grant Program, ensuring timely data entry and accurate documentation.
• Coordinates Team Volunteer events and tracks engagement metrics and outcomes.
• Maintains documentation, budgets, and reporting for internal use and external audits.
• Supports internal communications, creating content for intranet, newsletters, and the Purpose Connect platform.
