Qualifications

• Associate's degree in social/behavioral sciences or related field; 2 years of experience in human services or public health.
• Experience providing community outreach, health education, harm reduction, human services, or related participant-facing services.
• Ability to work with communities disproportionately affected by substance use and health disparities.
• Knowledge of Twin Cities community resources and ability to develop referral relationships.
• Ability to document services accurately and maintain confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct harm reduction services, education, and community outreach to individuals affected by substance use.
• Overdose prevention education and distribution of harm reduction supplies.
• Engage participants and refer to healthcare and community resources; support daily program operations and promote health equity.
