A community development financial institution is seeking a Senior Loan Officer responsible for originating, underwriting, and closing loans for community facilities. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of lending experience, strong financial analysis skills, and familiarity with community development finance. The role involves building relationships with borrowers and managing complex transactions. The position also offers a hybrid work environment, requiring on-site work at least two days a week.

• Source and underwrite complex community facility loan transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with borrowers and sponsors.
