Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to strengthen Jewish Peoplehood and Engagement strategies in the community. The role leads collaboration with partners to enhance teen engagement, oversees the $1.2 million Cincy Journeys grant program for overnight Jewish camp and Israel travel experiences, and supervises the Senior Community Shaliach.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of global Jewish peoplehood and Israel.
• Experience supervising staff or programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Refocus Jewish Peoplehood strategy using data and input from community.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance teen engagement opportunities.
• Oversee the Cincy Journeys grant program for camp and Israel travel experiences.
• Supervise the Senior Community Shaliach and support family during contract.
• Lead Chaverim M’Israel program alongside Shaliach.
• Engage youth and teens through partnerships with JCC and community groups.
• Support Israel partnership initiatives across Cincinnati.
