Job summary

Jewish Federation of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to strengthen Jewish Peoplehood and engagement during key life stages. You will act as a thought partner, supervise the Senior Community Shaliach, and oversee grant programs ensuring alignment with our C2030 Refocus plan.

You'll build partnerships with camps, travel providers, JCC and congregations, coordinate across departments, and influence program design while engaging families and youth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of global Jewish peoplehood and Israel.
• Experience in Jewish camping preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Flexible and problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development for Jewish peoplehood and engagement using data and trends.
• Supervise the Senior Community Shaliach and coordinate programs.
• Oversee the Cincy Journeys grant program and report outcomes.
• Manage the Chaverim M’Israel program with partner organizations.
• Support youth and teen engagement initiatives and partnerships.
