Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee operations, data systems, and grants management, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and supervising the Data Systems Administrator and Operations Manager.

You will lead cross-functional projects, optimize donor operations, and guide system transitions over the next four years, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and outstanding service to our diverse community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Exceptional operational track record with process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing analytics for systems and finance.
