Qualifications

Master's degree in Corrections, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Education or related behavioral science field and Two years of experience in a corrections or human services agency.
Required license(s): Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Lead staff coaching and development; monitor performance and provide feedback.
Coordinate across unit discussions on Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE) and Evidence Based Practices (EBP).
Review court reports, probation decisions, and ensure compliance with department expectations.
Collaborate with courts, justice system partners, treatment providers, and community agencies.
Oversee programs and services; manage contracts, grants, and reporting.
Analyze data to assess performance and identify service gaps.
Promote a diverse, culturally aware, and respectful workplace.
Support organizational change and policy improvements for client outcomes.
