Job summary

The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry is seeking an Associate Deputy Warden to lead and supervise unit activities, ensuring safety and security for staff and inmates. Qualifications

• Experience leading diverse staff and managing inmate populations.
• Progressive administrative experience in unit operations and security.
• Ability to develop and apply ADCRR policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety and security of staff and inmates.
• Oversees programs for inmates (work, education, recreation).
• Monitors multiple program areas within the facility.
• Oversees inmate management: grievances, classification, discipline, transfers.
• Conducts investigations, training, and inspections.
• Prepares reports to ensure compliance with ADC policies and health/safety standards.
