Qualifications

• Expertise in consumer deposit accounts, personal loans, small business services and digital banking tools.
• Familiarity with federal and state banking laws, including BSA/AML, Reg E and Reg CC.
• Proficient in branch procedures, compliance, risk management and retail banking products.
• Strong knowledge of sales models, customer segmentation and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develops local market strategies to grow deposits, loans and customer relationships.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, internal policies and audit standards.
• Monitors branch performance metrics and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Collaborates with Commercial Banking, Mortgage and Wealth teams to deliver holistic solutions.
• Coaches branch staff and leads multi-branch teams to meet goals.
• Represents the bank in local events and business development efforts.
• Sets performance goals and provides coaching and development opportunities.
• Leads market leadership and ensures high standards of customer experience.
