First Interstate Bank in Madison, SD is seeking a Community Banker to deliver personalized client service, open and maintain banking products, and process loan requests. You will identify referral opportunities to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, and Wealth Management, while maintaining strong client relationships and regulatory compliance.

The role includes Teller duties, computing currency counts, and contributing to community outreach and financial education efforts.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years banking or related experience required.
• Registered Mortgage Loan Originator per the SAFE Act within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone.
• Opens and maintains a variety of products including checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards.
• Processes new consumer loan requests and small business loan conversations.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents activity.
• Performs Teller duties and handles routine financial transactions.
