Job summary

Associa in Bedford, NH seeks a Senior Community Association Manager to serve as the primary liaison with Boards and homeowners, coordinate with vendors, and drive exceptional service across multiple client communities.

You will travel to associations, prepare annual disclosures and financial packages, review monthly reports, and advise on major capital expenditures to maintain community standards. Strong communication, organization, and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Act as or oversee the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.

  • Prepare annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages and arrange bulk mailing within deadlines.
  • Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the Board of Directors.
  • Provide or oversee recommendations to the Board on major capital expenditures to maintain community standards.

Job Description

Associa is currently looking for a Senior Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our team in Bedford, NH. As a Senior Community Association Manager, you will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments. To be successful in this role you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.

How will you make an impact?

The Community Association Manager (CAM) helps the company grow by:

  • Acting as or overseeing the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
  • Traveling to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, conduct walk-throughs, and attend community events as needed and per the management agreement.
  • Preparing annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for all homeowners and arrange bulk mailing of same within the time frames set by state statute or governing documents.
  • Reviewing monthly financial reports and ensuring management summary is submitted to the association Board of Directors.
  • Providing and/or overseeing recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desired community appearance and operation.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
  • Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associations.
  • Knowledge of the role of the association board, the Community Association Manager, and how those roles interface with the requests of homeowners.
  • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.)at a proficient level.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
