Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to lead strategic communications programs and advise senior leadership. The role emphasizes aligning messaging with corporate objectives and building stakeholder trust across internal and external platforms.

Responsibilities include developing and executing campaigns, managing executive communications, and ensuring consistency with NGA policy. Work spans workforce engagement, DoD/IC stakeholders, and large-scale events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading strategic communications programs.
• Proven ability to implement targeted strategic communications plans including stakeholder analysis and change management.
• Experience analyzing metrics and reporting on organizational functions to advise executives.
• Expertise in aligning strategic communications with program objectives and timelines.
• Experience creating plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Advanced knowledge of international affairs and partner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development and execution of multifaceted communications campaigns from conception to completion.
• Advise senior executives on communication strategies, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and recommend communication tools and techniques to maintain consistent messaging and support leadership decisions.
• Ensure all initiatives align with program plans, objectives, and timelines.
• Oversee and produce high-level communication products such as talking points, speeches, newsletters, and official reports.
• Provide final review and editorial services for strategic communications to ensure quality and NGA policy adherence.
• Perform outreach to improve relationships and secure buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage communications events like town halls and conferences.
• Lead discussions and workshops to understand stakeholder needs and articulate change visions.
• Analyze metrics and report on business functions to inform decisions.
