Job summary

T E C Industrial Inc is seeking a senior communications professional to work with senior leadership on a science & technology program, delivering communications products and services across all program components.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with poly, a 4-year degree, and at least 10 years of corporate communications experience. You will craft reports, manage placemat graphics, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure messages are clear and impactful.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Media Relations, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in corporate communications.
• Experience writing press releases, reports, articles, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with the Adobe Cloud Suite and with designing placemats for customers.
• Strong ability to organize, write, and edit technical and non-technical materials for varied audiences.
• Ability to think strategically and develop communications plans.

Responsibilities

• Compile bi-weekly technical reports highlighting team activities for directorate leadership.
• Create placemats using Illustrator/Design software showing map graphics and key activities.
• Support placemat and presentation efforts for five teams; coordinate with client and Graphics team.
• Maintain detailed Strategic Priorities documents and other key materials.
• Provide strategic support for the annual conference, assisting with agenda and topics.
• Attend Director’s weekly meetings, take notes, and file final Minutes for leadership records.
• Provide ad hoc administrative and communications support to leadership as needed.
