A leading company in the vision care industry seeks a Communication Strategist to lead integrated communication programs. The role involves managing projects, collaborating across divisions, and enhancing communication strategies to support corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications and strong project management skills. This position offers a competitive salary and the possibility of remote work.
With minimal supervision, lead the development and implementation of strategic and highly complex integrated communications programs across multiple external audiences.
Develop and execute effective and integrated communication plans, including strategies and tactics across all channels, leveraging all communication opportunities.
Responsible for communication management for projects involving high-priority, major company strategic initiatives, and/or significant changes to existing marketing and communication strategies.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, requiring outside resources and crossing divisions to produce the most effective communications.
Oversee and recommend enhancements for the assigned audience, program(s), or channel(s).
Serve as a communication strategist, consulting with corporate and division partners to develop strategies, key messages, and communication vehicles to support corporate, division, and project objectives.
Lead and participate in project meetings, articulating ideas and concerns with stakeholders while balancing objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of communication channels and messaging strategies.
Act as account manager between creative teams and business partners, managing creative strategy work and content development.
Leverage communication touchpoints for assigned audiences and projects, ensuring adherence to market positioning and key messages.
Manage communication projects, tracking progress, budgets, and measuring tactics.
Analyze processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-control, providing recommendations for enhancements.
Advise on effective communication approaches, writing and editing various communication pieces.
Manage communication workflows and processes, supporting strategic needs through tactical assignments.
Typically requires:
Proven experience in developing social media strategies that increase brand awareness and measurable outcomes, understanding of paid social ads, organic content trends, data analysis, and influencer landscapes. Creative storytelling skills and comfort with multimedia content creation are preferred. Some travel may be required.

Salary Range: $63,000 - $108,675. Compensation may include bonuses and commissions, based on experience and other factors. For more info, click here.
