Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Communications Project Manager to lead the production and delivery of Workplace Investing communications for large clients. You will oversee workflows, ensure timely material delivery across print and digital channels, and collaborate with Communications Consultants and client teams.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of project management experience preferred.
• Three+ years in Defined Contribution, writing and communications preferred.
• Series 7 and 63 required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong client-facing experience and executive presence with clients and partners.
• Print production experience strongly desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Provide consultative support on client communications and regulatory issues.
• Proactive research of plan materials to create coherent communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication workflow, production, and execution of WI materials for Strategic Market clients.
• Oversee daily email/print production, web content, inventory, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate project plans and status reports for 10–16 client accounts.
• Develop and maintain policies and controls across the strategic market segment.
• Support budget considerations and respond to client inquiries with added insight.
• Collaborate with Communications Consultants and Client Service Teams.
