Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Merrimack, NH seeks a Senior Communications Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of Workplace Investing (WI) materials for Strategic Market clients. You will partner with Communications Consultants to manage workflow, production, and timely execution across channels.

The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience, DC communications background, and a client-facing, professional presence.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of project management experience.
• Minimum of three years Defined Contribution, writing and communications experience.
• Series 7 and 63 required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the communication workflow, production, and execution of WI materials for Strategic Market clients.
• Provide consultative support and recommendations to Communications Consultants, Client Service Teams, business partners, and/or client.
• Research and analyze plan-specific materials to create regulatory, operational, and educational materials.
• Daily oversight of email and print production, web content, inventory management, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of project plans and status reports, balancing multiple projects with competing priorities.
