• 6+ years creating content across written, video, and social formats, ideally within B2B marketing, communications, or journalism.
• Creativity & Narrative: Strong storytelling instincts; translate complex topics into content across formats.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with content performance data to inform decisions.
• Versatility & Growth: Move between hands-on creation, program management, and exec interviews.
• AI Fluency: Comfortable leveraging AI tools to speed editing and production.
• Coordination & Follow‑Through: Strong organizational skills coordinating deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Short-Form & Multi-Format Content Creation: Develop content across blog, social, and video; translate narratives into assets.
• Video Production & Interviews: Plan and produce video content and interview executives.
• Long‑Form Content Direction: Set strategic direction for long-form assets; manage production pipeline.
• Editing & AI-Enabled Content Development: Edit customer stories and leverage AI to accelerate quality.
• Demand + Digital Partnership: Collaborate with Demand and Digital Marketing to support campaigns.
