Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Communications Designer to translate complex ideas into accessible, brand-aligned visuals across web graphics, slides, and editorial content.

You will own end-to-end design from intake to QA, collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

The role demands 5+ years of graphic design, a strong portfolio, mastery of Adobe CC and Figma, and a proactive, content-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating dynamic, user-centered design rooted in content strategy.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides.
• Strong branding understanding with experience across multiple mediums (digital, print, slideware, social, motion).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proactive in sharing work and open to feedback.
• Experience collaborating with editorial, video, UX, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work autonomously in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Experience mentoring other designers and leading design projects with contractors.

Responsabilités

• Deliver dynamic, accessible, user-centered design across formats: web graphics, slides, campaign assets, visuals, and more.
• Own end-to-end design from intake and concepting to final handoff and QA.
• Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity to support storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to realize concepts.
• Translate stakeholder goals and user research into compelling visual artifacts.
• Ensure consistent Salesforce brand application and contribute to evolving style/templates.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Provide feedback in reviews, mentor other designers, and shape team standards.
• Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and AI-driven design tools where appropriate.
