Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field.
• Strong portfolio showing dynamic, effective design rooted in content strategy and user experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides.
• Branding expertise across digital, print, slideware, social, motion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; proactive in sharing work and accepting feedback.
• Experience working in a collaborative creative team and partnering cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work autonomously in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Experience mentoring designers and leading design projects with contractors.
• Degree or equivalent experience required.

• Own end-to-end design work from concepting to final handoff and QA.
• Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity to storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.

• Maintain Salesforce brand consistency while evolving style and templates.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
• Provide feedback in design reviews and mentor other designers.
