Job summary

Deceuninck North America is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Communications Specialist to support internal and external communications across the organization. This hands-on role collaborates with Marketing, Human Resources, Sales, Product Engineering, and other teams to develop clear, consistent, and engaging messaging for employees, customers, and key audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a communications, marketing or creative role.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
• Working knowledge of social media tools and trends.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant writing, digital, or design experience.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and distribute company announcements, employee updates, customer bulletins, newsletters, and email campaigns
• Help maintain a consistent company voice, messaging, and brand across communication channels
• Manage updates and edits to the company website
• Create and maintain landing pages for products, campaigns, and events
• Develop, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Monitor social performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement
• Design marketing and communication materials including digital graphics, brochures, signage, presentations, sales tools, and internal communications
