Job summary

OM Seating is seeking a hands-on Marketing & Communications Specialist to blend storytelling, design, product marketing, and creative execution. You will translate product features into compelling messaging across digital and print channels, working with a small, collaborative team.

The role involves developing materials for launches, maintaining databases, and designing assets while ensuring brand consistency and SEO best practices. Occasional travel and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, English, or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing, communications, content creation, or related field.
• Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing platforms, and social scheduling tools.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) proficiency.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging marketing copy across digital and print platforms.
• Develop messaging for product launches, line extensions, and campaigns.
• Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and audience segments.
• Design graphics and visual assets while maintaining brand standards for brochures, websites, emails, and social content.
• Plan and monitor social media and digital content across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, sales, and leadership on initiatives.
• Apply SEO and digital marketing best practices to improve visibility.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitors.
• Lead projects from inception to deployment and results measurement.
• Manage design/upload processes for project materials using CMS.
• Support trade shows, showroom events, and marketing initiatives.
• Support sales with presentations, training materials, videos, and demos.
• Translate technical product info into customer-friendly marketing content.
