• 2 years' experience in people management role
• Associates degree or related business experience
• Strong negotiation, analytics, and procurement strategy skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Commodity Group team to execute strategic procurement and supplier engagement
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure pricing, quality, and availability
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align category strategies with company goals
• Develop procurement strategies for electrical commodities and monitor supplier performance
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
• Forecast sales trends and manage inventory to support profitable growth
• Provide technical solutions and support to account managers and events
