You will lead supplier selection, negotiation, and lifecycle management, aligning procurement with business growth; collaborate with global commodity management and product teams to optimize buying power.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or supply chain.
8+ years in procurement, supply chain management, product management or operations.
Strategic sourcing, category management, contract negotiations and cost modeling.
15–20% travel to North American sites and supplier facilities.
US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute commodity and supplier strategy roadmaps.
Lead strategic negotiations and long-term agreements; optimize total cost of ownership.
Ensure supply resiliency; design dual sourcing and risk mitigation strategies.
Negotiate Master Procurement Agreements; manage cross-functional teams and cost savings.
