You will own, design, deliver and operate front‑office trading systems supporting Energy, Metals, Agriculture and Environmental products, balancing performance with reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional core Java development in front‑office trading tech.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in high‑stakes trading environments.
• Hands‑on with real‑time systems and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Commodities trading tech platforms including OMS, real‑time pricing, risk and position views.
• Define and evolve technical strategy for low latency, event‑driven architecture.
• Drive microservices adoption, streaming, and resilient design across pricing and execution.
• Lead venues integrations and multi‑year modernization initiatives.
• Provide root‑cause analysis and production support, communicating plans to leadership.
