Job summary

EXP is seeking a Senior Commissioning Specialist/Engineer in Texas to lead commissioning across North America, coordinating with client teams and contractors to ensure systems operate as intended. The role emphasizes client relationship management, development of commissioning plans, checklists, and tests, and the production of comprehensive field and final reports from on-site activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years previous experience in commissioning, mechanical and/or electrical engineering design, test and balance and / or building automation system check-out.
• Commissioning certification, or extensive installation and BAS programming experience.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) License preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with Marketing on project pursuits and client presentations
• Reviewing owner project requirements
• Developing commissioning specifications
• Creating commissioning plans, checklists and tests
• Performing field visits and observing commissioning tests
