Exp Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Commissioning Specialist/Engineer to lead commissioning activities for North American projects in the sustainability sector. You will develop and implement commissioning plans, review owner requirements, and coordinate with contractors to ensure fail-safe systems and performance.

The role requires 5+ years in commissioning or related engineering, with a commissioning certification or BAS experience. P.E. license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commissioning experience including mechanical/electrical design, test and balance, or BAS programming.
• Commissioning certification or extensive installation/BAS experience.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage existing client relationships and support development of new clients.
• Work with Marketing on project pursuits and client presentations.
• Review owner project requirements.
• Develop commissioning specifications.
• Create commissioning plans, checklists and tests.
• Perform field visits and observe commissioning tests.

In this role, you will be a part of theSustainability Sector,providing commissioning services to clients across North America. Our sector supports both public and private sector clients as they work towards their goals for efficient, healthy buildings.

What your experience looks like

• 5+ years previous experience in commissioning, mechanical and/or electrical engineering design, test and balance and / or building automation system check-out
• commissioning certification, or extensive installation and BAS programming experience
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) License preferred

The pay range for this role is $150,000to $170,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
