Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
5+ years of commissioning or related experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or building operation management.
Ability to interact professionally with owner, owner’s representatives, contractors and design teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Manage overall project execution, verify deliverable accuracy and adherence to project scope.
Engage with Commissioning team and stakeholders to meet client requirements and ensure scope of work is executed efficiently.
Oversee project KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain and update project budgets throughout the project.
Provide input to develop Cx Scopes of Work and accurate task pricing.
Travel 25-40% to job sites/office locations.
