Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Commissioning Project Manager II to lead a commissioning team across multiple concurrent projects. You will balance workloads, track deliverables, manage budgets and schedules, and liaise between owners, contractors, engineers, and the ENFRA team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 5+ years of commissioning or operations experience. Travel 25-40% and a focus on accuracy, risk management, and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of commissioning or related experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or building operation management.
• Ability to interact professionally with owners, contractors and design teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the construction industry and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution, verify deliverable accuracy and adherence to scope.
• Engage with commissioning team and stakeholders to maintain alignment and meet client requirements.
• Oversee KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and manage scope trackers, calendars, and forecasts.
• Deliver status reporting to clients and internal/external stakeholders.
• Develop Cx Scopes of Work and accurate task pricing with BD input.
• Provide training and mentorship to commissioning team.
