Job summary

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently or in teams to prioritize tasks and deliver outcomes for diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or architectural design or construction.
• General knowledge in at least one discipline area (fire protection, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing/piping, electrical, technology, instrumentation and controls, process or lighting).
• Ability to learn engineering calculation programs and CAD/BIM tools to access design requirements.
• Documented commissioning training from a nationally recognized professional body.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving commissioning challenges and complete tasks.
• Develop and implement commissioning process delivery plans based on owner’s project requirements and design/construction documents.
• Collaborate with project partners to interpret and apply information to commissioning activities.
• Prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
