Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct management/leadership experience in a Commissioning Manager role.
• 8+ years total experience in MEP construction, startup, or field testing for large-scale data centers.
• Advanced understanding of high-voltage power distribution, MV switchgear, UPS, substations, gens, chillers, CRAHs/AHUs, BMS/EPMS, and SCADA.
• Hands-on experience managing Level 4 (FPT) and Level 5 (IST) testing for megawatt-scale infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; certifications preferred: CCP, CxA, PMP, OSHA 30.

Responsibilities

• Lead site commissioning strategy across all phases to align with client specs, quality controls, and schedules.
• Direct and manage subcontractors, equipment vendors, and trade partners during startup, energization, PFCs, FPT, and IST.
• Develop and integrate commissioning milestones into the master schedule to optimize testing workflows.
• Lead daily alignment meetings, maintain deficiency logs, and drive rapid root-cause troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO, PTW, NFPA 70E, and energized work procedures during testing.
• Review and validate Cx reports, MOPs, SOPs, and turnover packages for facility handover to owner.
