Job summary

Giga Energy is seeking a Head of Data Center Commissioning to own the program across a portfolio of AI data center infrastructure. You will build and lead the commissioning function, set standards, staff the team, and drive execution from construction to live operation with minimal surprises.

You will manage Cx Leads and Managers across simultaneous projects, aligning with ownership and executive stakeholders on resourcing, timing, and risk to scale commissioning company-wide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commissioning, with multi-project program leadership.
• Experience on mission-critical data centers or large facilities.
• Ability to define standards and scale a commissioning function.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the commissioning program across a portfolio of data centers.
• Lead a team of Cx Leads and Managers, including staffing and risk oversight.
• Own schedule, budget, and resourcing for multiple concurrent projects.
• Interface with ownership and exec stakeholders on status and risk.
• Set standards for commissioning plans and IST procedures aligned with governance.
