Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Commissioning Field Service Representative for the Water Technologies division in the United States. The role focuses on commissioning complex services projects, project closure, plant optimization, and customer issue resolution, with opportunities to lead field activities and mentor staff.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (engineering or chemistry preferred) and at least 5 years in water/wastewater projects, with PLC/HMI/SCADA experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering or chemistry preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment projects or related fields.
• Experience with PLC & HMI/SCADA programming and troubleshooting (Rockwell, GE-IP/Emerson preferred).
• Knowledge of Veolia WTS products, systems including RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, ADT and Thermal technologies.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning planning and on-site execution of commissioning plans and close-out.
• Assist customers with requirements (space, labor, tools) for commissioning activities and training.
• Provide site and field troubleshooting and post-commissioning issue resolution.
• Train and mentor staff and partners for site visits and commissioning activities.
• Communicate with services, product, engineering and controls groups to ensure issues are recorded and resolved.
